Gilt offers training and education courses for industry participants and investors seeking to develop their knowledge of fixed income markets. The Gilt Training and Education Program has been specifically developed to introduce, refresh, and upskill participants in the characteristics of the primary and secondary fixed income markets, various fixed income and money market instruments, valuation techniques, and portfolio management principles and practices.
The Program comprises two modules: an Introductory Program and an Advanced Program. Gilt also provides Client-Specific Training, offering tailored courses to meet specific learning objectives.

Introductory Program
The Introductory Program is a 5-business-day training course combining both theoretical and practical instruction. Feedback from attendees over the past three years highlights its clear and applied learning style, with participants valuing the balance between technical content and the practical support provided to apply skills directly in their professional environments.
